HBKA AGM 2024

The Hertfordshire Beekeepers Association (CIO) Annual General Meeting 2024 will take place at 11.30am on Saturday, 23rd March at Christchurch Peartree Hall, 20 Tewin Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1BW.

Elections

Under clause 14(2) of HBKA’s constitution, one third of the Trustees shall retire at each AGM but may offer themselves for re-election. The Trustees retiring at this AGM are John Daffern, Peter Willson and Gary Hammond, of which John and Peter are standing for re-election.

The Trustees delegate the day to day running of the CIO to an Executive Committee. The candidates standing as officers of the Executive Committee is as follows.

We will accept nominations for other people wishing to stand for election as Trustees and Officers of the Executive Committee until three weeks before the AGM is scheduled to take place.
